More about Avoiding Tree Nuts |
- Kick/hacky sacks, beanbags, and draft dodgers are sometimes filled with crushed nut shells.
- Coconuts are not typically restricted in the diet of an individual who is allergic to tree nuts. However, some people have reacted to coconut, so speak to your doctor before introducing it to your diet.
